The hotel's location near the cable car and lift pass center is convenient for skiers. Although there's no shuttle bus to the bus station, the staff is helpful and friendly. the spacious rooms have smart TVs and a good communal kitchen with vending machines for drinks and toiletries. Breakfast and dining areas offer comfortable seating and great views of the slopes.
One downside to the hotel is that there is no elevator, which some guests might find inconvenient.

The hotel location couldn't be any better, just a few steps from the main attraction of the city and rental shops. the communal kitchen is a great option for those who like to cook their own meals, especially during holidays. the staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us.
The noise coming from the air conditioning system outside the room was unbearable, even when we asked for a new room. the lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

Spacious rooms, smart TV with YouTube/Netflix, good quality communal kitchen, vending machines for convenience, good ventilation in smoking area, simple self check-in.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The proximity of this hotel to the slopes and cable car is unbeatable, especially during the busy holiday season. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and offering helpful advice. We also appreciated the drying room for our snow gear, which was easy to access and kept our equipment dry.
The communal bathrooms were a bit of a letdown; they were not as clean as we had hoped and the size of the toilets was uncomfortable for taller individuals.

We couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel is situated between two slopes, making it very convenient for skiing. The complimentary breakfast had an extensive variety of delicious items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fish, yogurt. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, including a drying room for snow gear, an onsen-style bathroom, spacious rooms, and a comfortable lounge. The staff, Anna and Michael, were knowledgeable, friendly, and joined us for snowboarding and lunch.
No issues.

This hotel offers a fantastic location, right near the gondola and a convenient rental shop. The spacious rooms and well-equipped common areas, such as the lounge and kitchen, are definitely a highlight. The friendly and professional staff, like Anna and Michael, go above and beyond to ensure a great stay.
Despite a small issue with the self check-in system, the hotel promptly resolved it, making it a minor inconvenience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. the location is fantastic; just a minute's walk to the cable car and lift pass center. This made it incredibly convenient for us to hit the slopes each day. Secondly, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They always went above and beyond to assist us, even without us needing to ask. Finally, the rooms were in excellent condition, with a good amount of space for hanging clothes and storing luggage. this hotel provided great value for money and made our snowboarding trip a memorable one.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there is very little that I would change.
